Randall Stewart

Director of Operations

Randall serves as the Director of Operations at Shattered 2 Restored, bringing over a decade of management experience to his role. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Resources Management from Ohio Christian University and an Associate of Arts in Pastoral Ministry Leadership. In addition, Randall is a certified life coach. Randall’s unique combination of pastoral leadership and life coaching certification enables him to approach operational management with a compassionate and holistic perspective.

Megan Cahill

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker

  • Megan Cahill brings a rich background in case management and direct service, transitioning into counseling in 2017 to focus more deeply on individual and family systems work. This shift highlighted for her the vital role of compassion and curiosity—not only in clinical care but also in mentoring emerging therapists and social workers. Her practice has since expanded to include clinical supervision for interns and newly licensed professionals, offering collaborative, personalized guidance that fosters both competence and confidence. Megan’s therapeutic approach is grounded in creating a supportive, structured environment that integrates a range of evidence-based treatment models. She is committed to empowering clients and clinicians alike, supporting them as they grow in self-awareness, resilience, and emotional health.

    Megan considers it a profound honor to accompany individuals on their journey toward healing and deeper self-understanding.

    Johanna Rajca

    Clinical Intern

    Johanna is a Clinical Intern at Shattered 2 Restored Counseling & Consulting and a graduate student at Liberty University, currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She will begin seeing clients in January and is now accepting and scheduling new clients for her start date. Johanna is passionate about helping individuals grow, heal, and step into their full potential. She is committed to walking alongside clients through life’s challenges by creating a safe, supportive environment grounded in empathy, respect, and nonjudgmental care. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys junk journaling, painting, and spending time with animals. Starting in January
